1. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order any time before it is processed.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you must accept the delivery and pay the delivery charge even if you choose not to keep the product.
2. Payment & Quality Check
- All orders are Cash on Delivery.
- You can check the product quality in front of the delivery agent before making the payment.
- Once payment is made after inspection, we will not accept complaints except for delivery delays.
3. Size Issues
- If there is a size problem, we offer a size exchange only.
- We do not provide refunds for size issues.
- The exchange process must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving your order, and the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Due to the nature of our business, refunds are not available once the product has been accepted after inspection.
